ABOUT

Vanessa Bekk

To find her way from a traumatic childhood and life’s adversities into a joyful existence, Vanessa Bekk immersed herself in numerous methods, therapeutic approaches, and healing pathways from a young age. She formally trained in techniques such as NLP and somatic therapy, while mastering others through self-study.

During her professional education, she discovered additional methods—including sales techniques, breathwork, and the reactivation of emotions stored in muscles using the Stanislavski method. She recognized the therapeutic potential in these approaches as well. Yet despite her extensive exploration, none of these methods provided lasting relief.

Then one day, while brushing her hair in front of the mirror, she realized that the reflection staring back didn’t feel like her. How could she heal her past and experience happiness if she didn’t even know who she truly was? This moment sparked a quest to find her authentic self. She drew on every technique she had ever learned to support this journey.

After a long and deliberate process, she finally reconnected with her true essence. In doing so, she was able to understand her past and dissolve her traumas. A completely new understanding of herself and her worldview emerged, and a fundamental vibration of happiness installed itself within her being—one that could not be erased. Her authenticity was restored, and her reflection now radiated a loving familiarity.

Increasingly, those around her grew curious: How was she able to experience such profound happiness and convey genuine enthusiasm despite her difficult past?

What began as workshops for sales teams and presentation skills gradually evolved into deep, transformative sessions that reached far beyond sales training.

Vanessa expanded her offerings and integrated her own method into her work. With her highly attuned intuition—honed early through analytical and therapeutic thinking—she now helps clients uncover suppressed emotions, guiding them back to their core to restore authenticity. Traumas dissolve, self-worth returns, and perspectives shift toward the positive.

“The path to authenticity is like marching through the jungle with a machete in hand. Sometimes a palm leaf whips you across the face; the path is rough and demanding. But in the end, you discover a brilliant diamond. The moment a person recognizes this inner treasure is so filled with happiness that the room begins to glow.”
